Good location in a safe neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We booked a room with private bathroom and a terrace. Valentina at the front desk was super helpful. Quiet place. It is a hostel, youll find only the basics.

Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty; the soap holder rack in the shower was rusty as some other metal shelves in the room. There was very little room to move around, barely enough for the double bed. Only 1 bath and 1 hand towel (2 guests).

Hostel in Palermo

Nice location in Palermo, big spacious kitchen and common area. Enough showers and toilets, lockers in the rooms and additional safety boxes at reception, possibility to store luggage. 24 hour reception. Nice patio. I liked the shelves next to the beds where you could leave your belongings.

Shower curtains would be good so not all your things get totally wet. Also some kind of shelves in the showers would be helpful. No privacy at all in the bedrooms. Air conditioning was blowing directly onto my bed and after three nights I left with a cold.

Best value for money in Buenos Aires

Clean, amazing location and friendly staff. The hostel is placed in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, stores, and exchange such as Western Union being very convenient to any tourist.

Had to pay an extra if paying by credit card which was not like this on our first stay 2 weeks before. Staff dont really speak English Nobody told us about the breakfast

Great location. Very good value

Great location with restaurants and cafes nearby. Secure entry and exit. Breakfast included. Slept well. Feels like a city centre hostel but after settling in all good.

One location in Argentina where staff had limited English. Can change dollars to peso at the reception but don't rely on this as limited supply. Seemed very close to a night club that was still playing music at 5am. This was just the Friday night and somehow sleep was not really impacted

Good location Handsome and helpful guy at the reception

Was not possible to talk with the owner, not possible to cancel one of the 3 nights only because I was 1 hour late in asking it (no flexibility at all). Only 1 bathroom for the entire floor (mixed men and women) Didnt like the behavior of 2 girls at the reception (rude and not helpful)

Perfecto location, near to Plaza Serrano Friendly staff, rooms very clean. Comfortable areas to hang out and meet people.

Just some lockers are broken but they give you facilities

Great location with basic facilities

Location is absolutely the best part

The private room with bathroom is just okay at the best. Also, the mattress was old and the room showed signs of black mold (anyone with breathing issues be aware)
