Exceptional

Located in a perfect spot. Enough distance from the noise but also not so far from the beach. Easy walk distance. Staff is also very kind.

The staff were accommodating and really polite, the services re: laundry and scooter rental services were really helpful during our stay. The views from the resort were beautiful surrounded by trees and greenery. Staff providing basic requirements each day was great too

The housekeeping couldve been improved, after housekeeping attended daily the floors still remained dirty and appearing not washed. Location was tucked away from the main streets which had its pros and cons, about 25/30 minutes from the main beach strip on foot. The breakfast was rather cheap and unfulfilling, after two attempts of trialling it, Id rather spend my money elsewhere for better quality. Lastly the pool was a bit sad and dirty needing some touch up, no atmosphere.

Very good

A quiet little complex with just 2 storeys across 2 buildings (besides the family rooms) and a couple of pools. Nicely laid out. Our room was large with a big terrace. We enjoyed the location after moving from a hotel further down the hill (we loved Ao Nang and decided to stay longer!). A shuttle down to the beach was provided 3 times a day and the walk back from the far end of the beach was about half an hour so not too far. There are lots of restaurants in that area which were great to explore away from the main strip. The Red Chilli standing out as a must recommend!

Just little suggestions - The pools were nice, but it would be good to have more sun beds and have them cleaned more often. Also the jets were centrally controlled so some days they were permanently on, others not. On the balconies - maybe some cushioning for the wooden benches.

Very good

Great value and excellent option for who enjoys nature

Very quiet, area surrounded by nature. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are very clean. There is a shuttle service at regular hours from the hotel to the beach at no cost. Spacious room and own patio. Great bathroom.

A particular odour coming from bathroom. A bit of a walking distance from the beach.

Decent, probably not the best value around

Spacious rooms, comfortable pools to chill in. Quiet at night. Friendly staff, always ready to help.

Recurring problem with lack of hot water during the week. Staff on call fixed temporarily each time but kept happening every day. Cleaning a bit so-so; a bit dusty, lipstick left on cup from previous guest, dirty cloths left in the room after cleaning. AC a bit noisy. The pool policy, while clearly stated, is apparently not in effect as groups of a certain faith were allowed to get in fully clothed. Not my cup of tea really.

Very good

Reasonably priced, quiet, modern and spacious room.

Big and modern rooms with a balcony. Good size pool. Breakfast was nice and only 150 per person. Staff were all friendly. Reasonably priced for a nice big room. Quiet area.

Wifi was a bit annoying constantly having to log back in and try a different network. Location was 20 minute walk from the beach but we liked being in a quiet area. Balcony was big but only had 1 bench which was not comfortable, needs more furniture on the balcony for a balcony of that size otherwise the balcony is pointless. Poolside area could do with a bit more cleaning at the end of the days.

All round good stay would go back

Staff are friendly, nice balcony size, good sized room, strong shower, good wifi, good sized pools which are clean and close to the main strip for food and drinks.

Very good

Nice big rooms and bathroom. Pool area is nice. Friendly staff, free shuttle bus 3 times a day. Room cleaning was really good. Hired a bike from them and it worked well. Quiet area.

Not very close to anything, have to walk at least 15 minutes for shops/restaurants which in the heat can be very uncomfortable, so best to hire a scooter. Wifi was really bad & logged me out constantly. Could do with a few more hangers or hooks. Our bed was just two singles pushed together. Only given hand towels for one day. Could do with some updates.

Good but be aware there's no Wifi

Good location, easy walk into town. Pool was nice. Staff friendly They had some cute doggies and cats running around.

Wifi basically non existent. Just worked at reception, once we walked over to the room, nothing. Like seriously zero. Mentioned to reception a few times but nothing happened. Just apologized.
