I can't really think of anything that would be useful for other travellers.

Location was too far from the beach. Hotel was right next to a Mosque. If you use a Mosque then it's a good location for you. We dont. The Mosque is noisy. The 5am call to payers woke us up everyday. We booked 4 nights and 2 rooms. No welcome drink when we arrived as seems standard with other hotels. We had rooms on the 3rd floor. There's no lift and no one to help carry bags unless you let the young receptionist help. The bed linen wasn't changed during our stay. Clean towels every day though. Coffee sachets not replenished. 2 free water bottles everyday. There was no water from the shower or taps until around 9am on our first day. Breakfast was basic with llimited choice and probably not worth the cost. Definitely not as good as other hotels. Swimming pool water didn't look particularly clean - leaves floating on the water - so we didn't use it. The staff were pleasent. Someome knocked on our room door twice around 2am waking us up one day. They didn't speak when I asked 'what do you want? Perhaps innocent, perhaps not as the hotel is quite open and we didn't see any security during our stay. Overall a very expensive stay over New Year for a poor quality hotel. We can honestly say it was the worst hotel and the most expensive during our 3 week trip to Thailand. Book elsewhere if you can.

Extra friendly staff, perfect rooms to relax and recharge after a day at beach or evening out. Beautiful setting with greenery and mountains behind. So many great shops, restaurants, etc around. Highly recommended

I love how accommodating they are. When we arrived, our room seemed to have a leak and bathroom floor always wet even when we were not using it, so I requested another room, and they transferred me without any problem. We were supposed to stay for 13 nights but unfortunately our trip had to cut short due to my mother passing. So we check out after 4 nights and after talking to the hotel, we manage to get a refund from the balance of the stays even though when the booking was made its non-refundable . I really appreciate their understanding of my situation. We'll be back to Krabi soon and definitely will be staying here. Lovely place

Didnt have breakfast. Room was clean spacious and well equipped Easy walk to restaurants etc and far enough away from noise not to bother anyone Pool was nice and quiet

Plugs for chargers at an awkward height No Bar on site Felt very safe Bed was great had a large double all to myself

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was quite big, same as my balcony which was facing the beautiful mountains. The room was very clean and light and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was AMAZING! I slept like a baby:) The staff was super friendly and they helped me with all my requests and questions. Last but not least all restaurants and shops are nearby. I kept extending my stay and would definitely come back here!

A great place to stay for holiday and I will surely be back again.

I enjoyed the location as it was very central and not too far from the beach. The rooms were great and clean with a comfy bed. The pool was also very great surrounded by trees.

There wasn't anything that did not meet my expectations or enjoyment.

Comfortable, Well-located and well-priced hotel

Well-situated hotel, the facilities are clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the AC worked well (although you had to wait a good 30 min before it blasted cold air).

The buildings and grounds clearly need more maintenance. When we booked it, it was marked as a 4 star hotel, but before we got to the hotel, we received a notification from booking.com informing us that the hotel had lost a star in the meantime. We truly saw why they lost that star. It is such a pity, because the place is great, but in dire need for maintenance.
