Disappointing

Very small rooms / not professional staff / lack of staff the whole hotel has only one concierge not sitting innuendo most of the time. Room phone not operational. No dental kit available they ran out !

Very friendly staff. They pointed out some things to see that are not on the regular tourist list but were very interesting. The location was great, the room was large, and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. Stay here, and you will not be disappointed.

Very supportive , very prompt and helpful. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and always looking to see how to make the stay the best experience. I have stayed here before and as before, I have found the place to be comfortable, reliable and lovely.

Delightful hotel in great location. I would definitely go back

This is a fabulous hotel. Nicely appointed in a great location. Staff very helpful. Wifi good. Facilities are pretty impressive although I never got the chance to use the spa. I grabbed a cocktail in the bar just before leaving and it was delicious. There is also room turndown which is very charming and you get delicious biscuits!

They didn't replace stuff in the bathroom so I didn't have a shower cap on day two and no flannels. Shame because it was the only thing that lacked.
