Loved our stay - highly recommend as base for dry in Ascot

Very clean and well maintained . Rooms spacious . Hosts friendly and helpful . Hot breakfast on weekends was great and good value . The adjoins rooms were great for family

Minor issue was mattresses were quite soft but that comes down to personal preference as know others would probably complain if mattresses were too hard

Nice budget stay

Friendly staff, clean room, free parking was a great bonus and the tea and coffee facilities with the fresh milk in the fridge was a lovely touch

Booking form mentioned there would be a hairdryer in the room and there wasn't but that's a very minor fault overall it was good value for money

Great location for our Lapland visit.

The location was great for our Lapland visit, just minutes away & I also noticed lego land a few minutes away. It was also nice and quiet. Friendly owners & a lovely big house with off road parking.

It was so hot at night we could not sleep, the heating needed turning down. The shower sprayed all over the place when turned on, could do with a new head.
