The location - close to Melbourne city centre, walking distance to the beach & close to shops

It was very badly maintained for example: electrical socket coming away from wall; outside tables badly weathered; dishwasher handle broken so unusable; toilet roll holder not fixed to wall; filters on ceiling badly clogged up & unhygienic; filling of several cushions spilling out as zips broken; tap on kitchen sink very loose; paint blobs in laundry sink. Not very clean in general.

Great comms from Carlos too. Awesome stat. We will be back,

Beautifully appointed. Very spacious. Awesome spa and deck. Fantastic location. The most comfortable bed Ive slept in. Loved the free snacks, coffee snd brekky.

The hot water ran out very quickly as the system is really small. Also some tea towels would be helpful.

Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location.

The location is fantastic! Only a short walk to Ackland St, trams very close by, Coles and mini mall with liquor, fresh flowers, health food shop & a few others speciality stores. Fantastic size wine glasses. Beds were gloriously comfortable. The balcony & jacuzzi - OMG very relaxing!

The kitchen was a little under stocked with essential things, like forks, garbage bags, tea towels. Air conditionings vents definitely need to be cleaned. It had a strange smell when we opened the door, but nothing that a scented candle didnt fix from Coles.

Probably the best place I have stayed in Melbourne.

Everything was great, Carlos was very helpful when I had a question. Great location, Woolworths next door so that was handy. Heaps of interesting shops in Ackland St nearby,plenty of places to dine out as well, tram just a few steps down the road, great coffee shop close by, it's everything you need. The place is so quiet, no noise at night, we all slept well. Only about $20-$25 with Uber to city or factory outlets at South Wharf.
