    Amazing!!!
    The villa is located at the secured complex, with the access to private beach( shared with other properties) The beach is small but quite clean. The villa is consisted of three bedrooms , each with the own bathroom. The swimming pool is amazing, big and clean. The host of the villa is incredible, very friendly, he helped us a lot. Big thanks! There are restaurants, small markets, massage saloons around the complex. Highly recommend this villa!

    excellent and would certainly book there again.
    the property was ideally situated, with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. the employees looking after us were very helpful. They helped us for all our needs and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The possible levy to cover extra electricity costs did not materialise, as we only had the air conditioning on during the evening and nights to help us sleeping. there is no washing machine, but a local lady was organised and ran a very professional business, giving amazing value for money. the pool was great and very welcoming after a day of exploring and sailing at the Royal Varuna YC.

    Overall the villa is decent, location is great, exterior is very nice. Host is really helpful.
    The host been very responsive and contactable via whatsapp. Even before the stay, he contacted me to ask if i need any help on transport and during the stay, he also do check in with me via whatsapp if i needed any assistance and asking how was my stay. Overall the villa is decent, able to locate the villa via grab so makes the travelling easy.
    The electricity usage have a limit. We have been very diligent to make sure switching off every lights and aircon when we leave our villa, it still exceeded the limit that was given. And we only came back to villa late at night and leave early morning for our activities. So the only usage time is during sleep but it still exceeded. There is a room where there is cockroaches so it really interrupted my colleague's sleep. We feedback to the host and I am pretty sure he will settle it.

    Bad. Not hygiene. Not changing bed sheets duvet covers. Extra charge of using electricity.
    Location is good.
    Not hygiene. The bed sheets and duvet and pillow covers were dirty and smelly. They were not changed. They just tidy up them which were used by the previous customer before we arrived. We saw the host just tidied up them for next customer instead of changing when we checked out. The furnitures and fridge were smelly. Not all facilities were provided as the same on booking.com . Extra charge of using electricity which were not known when we made booking. Had to pay for electricity.

    nice villa to stay with friends. would go back to that place again if we visit pattaya.
    the host was really kind to wait for us until midnight.
    there is a room outside that water didnt run that fast. my friends have to come to shower in our bathroom for that reason. but other things are all find.
