Great experice. staff are kind. They support me by Whatsapp.

The atmosphere. The location is unique. There are many facilities such as Fitness, restaurants, a market, and a private beach. Furthermore, everything is equipped in the house.

The cleanliness. mostly cleaned up enough. However, the sofa and bed shall be cleaned up a little bit more. Whenever I sit on them, I feel get an itch.

The place was as seen in the photos.

A little more information could help. The property is in a residential block. It would be better if guests are in one block and near the beach or the pool. Residents complain that people keep walking in the corridor or we are noisy. We are only staying there for 3 days, we wish to use the pool and swim most of the time. We would definitely be in and out of the hallway. One karen resident complained that my kids put something in the pool. They were just happily swimming. The problem is some residents do not like tourists and guests.. i do understand, so the property should have strategically placed visitors in one block and separate from residents.
