Bad experience in palm villa

I dont like anything only location

Villa not clean Request for early check in but we stayed in main gate till 3:30 Bathroom smell bad Called host for many issues and they take more than 1hour to response. Ask then to return the high deposit 5000aed in same day because i planned to leave same day they returned it back 2:30 pm and they say check out 11am !! Cooker not working. Technician came 2 times in first rime he came after 2 hour second time 1 hour. Kettle not working again they bring new 1 after 1:30 hour. In arrival we asked for vacuum to clean the villa :) and kindly note that we payed almost 1000 dirhams fir cleaning. Villa not recommended to anyone. With this amount we deserve good experience.

when I arrived, housekeeping was still going on and supervisor was not there yet. I had to wait for 1 hour till they finish Garden was not clean. Pool is not maintained and some pool tiles are missing; my son got injured in the pool because of the sharp edges of the tiles The supervisor has no sense of hospitality 2 kayak are available in the premises but with big cracks, so its not safe to use them the villa is not well maintained their staff have big attitude issues

rented for family coming out and accommodation made it feel like a once in a lifetime tripstunning villalocation was amazing and kayaks were a bonuseverything was working (was slightly worried about this due to recent reviews)Umar was great and helped with any issues we had

it is quite expensive but is worth itonly issue was kitchen bin is too small if large group is stayingthe outside bin is emptied daily so not much of an issue..we were told cleaners would come daily but never saw them and for the price Id expected maybe a mid week clean and top up of toiletrieshowever wasnt a massive issue
