    Found a dead bug on top of first bed ,as they said can't boik in till 4 which was nonsense as in November it's dark, given keys and left with a piece of paper figure it out yourself as a first time in the wood leisure it's not good enough no customer interaction or made felt welcome

    Stay ruined by power outage and lack of advice/communication- left early.
    Really good location in terms of accessing Balloch and Loch Lomond. Static caravan was clean, good kitchen facilities, overall clean and comfortable.
    Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a power outage. We lost electricity, heat, power, wifi and water pressure. The outage was outwith the control of Lomond Woods but there was no communication for guests on how to seek assistance. (including when calling the out of hours number).

    The park was great for the kids. They self check in was good
    Don't like no staff on site. The layout wasn't great to find the pod. The showers in the gents lasted about 15 seconds before it went off.. Beds very uncomfortable Kettle was not clean inside

    Great wee night stay, well be back!
    The layout of the pod...kids loved it. The location was perfect to explore balloch.
    Check in at 4pm I felt was a bit late...2pm or 3pm would have been better. The light right outside the pod was shining in the window all night

    Perfect location and excellent facilities lovely staff!
    Lovely peaceful stay in such a beautiful place! Idea for travel and retail as well as the beautiful location. Perfect stay at Lomond woods.

    The location was perfect,comfortable beds, very well set out holiday park
