The breakfast was described as fantastic and the location near Loch Lomond park was convenient. Some minor issues mentioned were cold bathrooms in winter and poor room acoustics.

Beautiful, quaint guesthouse in Balloch

There were so many things I loved about this guesthouse - great location - helpful and kind staff - delicious breakfast - comfortable, clean room - comfy bed and pillows - private bathroom - homely feel, with nice decor Wish I could've stayed longer

If i was nitpicking it'd be just minor little things, like the small size of the sink in the bathroom and the length of the cable on the kettle, as it was a little too short.

Excellent!

Its a beautiful property and the rooms are superb! Andrea is a brilliant host and nothing is too much trouble. Its really close to the Loch, restaurants, shops and railway station with Glasgow just 45 mins away.

Great bed and breakfast.

Excellent facilities, comfortable, clean accommodation. Lovely attentive and friendly host. The Scottish breakfast is one of the best we've had! Would highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Andrea the host was so full of banter, which made you feel as if you had known her for years.

The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choice for everyone.

Couldn't fault anything to do with our stay.

Comfortable, quiet, pleasant place with a great breakfast.

Common sitting room was a nice touch. Place is on a main street but was still quiet and pleasant.

GPS didn't seem to know where this was (listing did not include a house number in the street address). Parking was off street, but was tight- we got used to that problem as we spent more time in Scotland)
