Gorgeous spacious cabin in a nice holiday park with very friendly staff in a beautiful environment.

I love how spacious the cabin is. It was really big, 4 x 12 meters. A great kitchen area and a lovely space to relax. Two bathrooms, a master bedroom and a children's bedroom. I loved the color combo in the cabin. All natural tones. If it was up to me, I would love to live in it full time. :-) The staff was very helpfull. On our arrival day there was flooding everywhere so we had to search for a new road often because of closed roads. We called the staff and they helped us by telling us how to drive. The area is beautiful, although we couldn't go everywhere the first few days because of the flooding.

Great location- clean friendly site

Very good central location- 20 minutes drive from Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine and Callander. Site was very clean and well kept, good for families and adults (quiet friendly site).

Lodge was slightly dated compared to pictures and there was no decking (just a picnic table). Pictures were slightly misleading- however for the price it was still great value.

March weekday break.

We liked the location of the accommodation that we were allocated upon arrival. It was immaculate, the view was great. It was very warm. Spacious. Comfortable and to begin with peaceful.....

A couple of points. We were told the heating had to be on all the time. Which made for very restless sleep as the system was noisy and was on the wall adjacent to our bedroom. On Wednesday morning, 2 tractors arrived, which were very noisy as they were 100 yards from us, laying type 1 near the reception area..looked like where a caravan had been.No prior notice was given to us. There was some guy haring around on a really loud quad bike, most of the day and this went on constantly until 5pm. Who looked to be staff. There were countless vans driving around the site all day. So you can see from this what is described as a peaceful location is somewhat not. Maybe if this is maintenence time of the year this should be on the booking site.We had issues closing the patio doors and the front access door. I spoke to a guy who was in the van. He said he was aware and would check it. The WiFi password wasn't on the welcome pack. I had to go down and ask. The TV froze constantly, and the Netflix, which was on the TV, had profiles on it with some questionable choices. It died all the time.We left early as after 3 nights of little sleep, we couldn't stay any longer. I hope this is taken as constructive and observational facts, not personal
