If I had to choose another hotel to spend the amount of money, I spent, I would of.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. The best-selling point for me about this hotel was the great location to great landmarks. The housekeeper was very nice, and Maintenance was quick to repair the broken king bed.

I order a driver from the hotel to pick my family up from the airport weeks in advance and they totally forgot about us and never came. Only after i called the hotel and spoke to someone upset about the situation, they sent someone to pick us up after an hour of waiting. The king size bed in the one-bedroom apartment was broken and tv remotes didn't work well and overall condition of the hotel needed some repairs. Housekeeping was very kind but other than that everyone else had a cold attitude.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Perfect location close to almost all attractions. The suite is clean and cozy.

Decoration is outdated. The AC/ Heater unit has noise.

Location was good. Price ok for the place. Employees were really nice and most of them spoke spanish. Layout of the flat was nice: we could access to bathroom without going through the bedroom.

They could have put more dishes to allow us to cook. We asked for more a d we got them but it would have been nice to have them from the beginning. Heating system a bit old and it was a bit stressfull to us it without proper instruction

Best location hotel. NSuper rooms and beds

I love the rooms, I like it because the hotel is mainteining the original decoration with its wonderfull marbel and real wood floors. They match very good with their actualice furniture, The location is the best. We had breakfast everyday in a place 2 blocks away from the hotel. We lovedd it for the taste and efectivity.

Room size unusually big for NYC standards, bed comfortable

Very aged place, kitchenette old and sparely equipoed, gym standard old, staff not welcoming: except nice doorman who organized a taxi, no food served/ available (should be communicated on website), value for money ratio not ok

There were no facilities at the hotel , no Restaurant , no bar of coffee shop , supposed all closed due to COVID , even though there were absolutely no problems any where else in New York . in fact the restaurant was being refitted!!! Door man was rude and drinking from a hip flask , I could go on ....
