Staff were great, facilities were great, room clean and new and area central

I needed to leave at 06:30 came down no instructions for early check out. Checked out at 8 am missed my first meeting

Overpriced for what it offered.

Location

Being unable to get back into the hotel in the evening We were not told entry after 10 was by a side entrance and that a code was in the back of the key fob Compounded by a notice on the front door that tells you to phone a number after 10. A number which goes straight to answering phone. Also had to ask for toilet paper on arrival. None in bathroom at all.

Lovely staff, the restaurant in the hotel serves amazing food. The room was clean and welcoming a lot bigger than we thought. Lovely bathroom, great bath. Overall really nice place to stay

The bed was 2 singles or large beds pushed together as a large double... made it slightly uncomfortable but was OK and managed to sleep... room was quite far up stairs next time I will be asking for lower down as really difficult with my mobility. But all in all the room was good staff are lovely

Perfect stay

Location great. Family room perfect with lots of space and 2 bathrooms. Think the hotel it has recently been refurbished. Room had direct access to car park so very easy with luggage. Ate in at restaurant and was very nice.
