Superb

All I can say is I will go back.

Great location in the town centre, very good. Room small but very comfortable, with good quality finishes. Very nice continental breakfast. Staff very helpful.

The small milk containers, only 3, which I could have used by myself. Something that happens in most hotels now, so no big issue.

I am from the area I knew the old hotel before they revamped to this new boutique hotel. Very stylish but I dont know why they have an opaque door on the en-suitewe have came across this before and I feel its very uncomfortable! Bed was very comfortable Im not a fan of feather pillows We stayed for two nights the first breakfast was awful, I did ask for certain items not to be on my plate as I really dont want the taste of haggis and black pudding on my breakfast. I was politely told it was all served in ramikins. The toast in the toast rack was hot bread not toast The breakfast was very meagre for the price definitely not Value for money. My fried egg was cooked in too hot an oil and was crusty and burnt, I cant believe the chef put that out to be served on the service hatch. Morning 2. Decided to have scrambled eggs with toast. We were the only 2 in the breakfast room still the simple order of eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs on toast took 25 minutes. It was a shame my phone had totally died and was charging in the bedroom as I never got a picture of what I was served for breakfast My order of scrambled eggs and toast came presented as a Scottish Peece. My eggs were inside two slices of pan bread??? BIZARRE. There was No manager present Sorry RIVA we wont be back!!!!!

Very good

A perfect overnight stay - could have easily stayed longer.

Excellent value for money - truly outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly. Couldnt have asked for better.

Although the room was overall clean - bed sheets were crisp and the bathroom spotless. Its hadnt been dusted in a while.

Loved the dinner..food was delicious! Loved the record player in the room. The TV was excellent and the staff were nice ( it seemed a bit disorganised though).

Hated the transparent en -suite bathroom door !! I was very embarrassed when staff couldn't trace my booking.com. payment, and I had to show them my banking app and emails ! Staff also lost details of the meal we ordered to the room...so now staff need to contact me for payment when the manager gets in to work. The continental breakfast was not great.

Perfect, pity it was for work!

Excellent location pity it was for work as the bed was so comfortable. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast was tasty with a variety of choice. Definitely recommend anyone going to the area stays here.

Great stay in the center of Helensburgh

The boutique hotel was lovely- very chic and warmly decorated. Staff was nice and the breakfast in the morning was superb. Wonderfully located in Helensburgh surrounded by plenty of food options. Parking across the street was easy.

The rooms were smaller than I anticipated from the pictures.
