Be wary of the location

The inside of the flat was clean and nice

No hot water in the shower for the whole 3 days of our stay The flat is located in the middle of a scrapyard

We originally booked an apartment on the top floor but were informed at one day before arrival at 8pm that it is not available as current guests decided to prolong their stay by another month. We were offered another apartment on the lower floor with a nice discount but at a much lower standard. Another thing is that the surrounding of the building is extremely dangerous for children - a lot of rubbish in the garden, old furniture, old bathroom equipment, screws, old unprotected stairs. The view from our apartment was quite nice but was distracted by the rubbish in the garden.

The view is magnificent. The owners are very kind and they are experimenting with off-the-grid living.

Because there is a solar boiler it takes quite some time to get hot water for the shower. outside the apartment it is a bit messy, because the owners are working on the garden and repurpose stuff from their other apartments. There is a pond with still water and of that some mosquitos. All of that are minor things in comparison to the view and quality for this price. I would especially recommend this for young people that like to go hiking or cycling.
