It's not luxury accommodation but a great location, perfectly adequate and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. We are regulars and love it here.

Good location and quiet place to opt but needs improvement

The property is situated in a good location ,comes with free parking , and the staffs are really polite and helpful .

The property was bit expensive and the amenities were very limited . There was lot of noise from the top floor and you could hear the people walking in the top floor which made it difficult for us to sleep . There were no toiletries including body wash, hand wash etc inside and we have to go to the reception to ask , where they gave us the soap bars .

Served a purpose!

Location in the centre of the pretty town of Criccieth. Car park

It was overpriced. The cooked breakfast was poor, buffet slightly better. We were given for some reason a disabled en suite which we definitely didnt need. No shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. A soap dispenser, I suppose was meant to double up as shower gel

A very pleasant place to stay at any time of the year.

The location which was ideal for exploring the area and accessing the local bus and train services. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was excellent.
