Room spacious and comfy Very nice atmosphere (decoration, music, perfume) Location + view on the 10th floor

The breakfast was poorly maintained as some plates were empty when we arrived (1h before ending time), and some weren't even filled again.

In general we stay here often, but this time the bathroom was moldy unfortunately. I have not experienced this before with this place.

It was close to centraal station.

The rooms were carpeted and not very clean. The room service did not clean the rooms properly even after telling them specifically.

Above and beyond expectations!

From check-in till check-out everything went above and beyond our expectations!! What a beautiful property, the room was absolutely amazing, the staff incredibly friendly and the breakfast... one of the best buffets we have experienced. Everything planned and organized to the smallest detail. Definitely staying here again and again and can not recommend it enough!!! Thank you for making our stay in Belgium so special (and yes, Belgium because we had another reservation in Brussels which we cancelled to extend one more night at Lindner Antwerp). 1000000 out of 10!!

Nice enough

Staff were absolutely lovely, and the lobby area is very cool

Our room was FREEZING. The heating would only blow out cold air, despite it being -1 outside. The (lively) staff had to bring us extra blankets. Our room was very tired-looking too.

The breakfast was really good

The room was old and needed a fresh new paint job. There was no decorations it all looked sad and boring. It was loud right by the train station all I heard was the train.

QCD: Quality OK. Cost OK. Delay / Deliverables OK.

The hotel is very centrally located. There is a subterrainean parking very close to the hotel. I recommend making a reservation for the parking via the Internet prior to your visit. Interparking Centraal. The breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold foods, with a good choice of coffees, teas & sekt. The room was of excellent size, with a large working area and a large flat screen TV.

No concerns.
