Horrible and the worst experience I have ever had!

Staff was ok, but should be more attentive to customer service

Did not like that we have booked hotel for the price with charges included and has been charged again in the property. We have paid much more than we booked for! Very frustrating as it was not mentioned anywhere! Room was really poor quality, no skirtings in rooms and parts very dirty. Windows are not properly sealed and has been screwed on the top unable you to open it or close it and lower part has had big gap for the wind to come through the room in. Very cold winter night. No heater was working in the bathroom very freezing to use with not enough power pressure in the bathroom or shower. We have been sleeping in t he hoodies and tracksuits bottoms as it was very very cold! Somebody was knocking the door 3 times though the night. Very doggy. Outside area hotel with no signs on the building hard to find and it is located in the passage and it is quite scary looking when at evening or night. I would never recommend it and will never come back!!!

Brilliant location, good price.

We were a bit worried after reading some reviews but for us, the hotel was fine. Very helpful staff, cleaning staff did a great job. Yes, room was a little tired, stained silicone in the bathroom and the old carpet needed replacing, but nowhere near as bad as other reviews led us to believe. Good shower pressure, daily cleaning, kettle with coffee/tea in the room, free bottles of water. The short walk to the centre in combination with the price made this a great place to stay.

Nothing, really. If we had paid a higher price we might have expected a little more luxury. Don't think the hotel totally earns its official 4 stars, but reception area and breakfast room are very nice. Think they're doing up rooms a bit at a time.

I like the bed and bathroom mirror.

I did not like the TV channels which was not connected to the wifi, I did not like the AC because it was not going up from 21 degree celsious, some of lights were not working and the bathroom was totally feeling cold in this winter season.

the staff in the reception desk is super friendly and nice. also the location is perfect in this price, very convenient for taking public transportations

maybe some facilities need to be replaced, for example, the aircondition of my room is too old to work. Fortunately it's not very cold of the weather during my stay.
