Great place badly managed

The location is great, also the idea of the initiative to take a part of a hotel and turn Into apartment hotel. Nicely decorated and we'll equipped.

The listing didn't state it was on 4th floor no elevator. Very unprofessional! When we discovered, we were upset with language of 4 ppl, were told we'd get help in the morning. At 8:20, there was no one to help. I strained my back. Most disappointing and infuriating

Chill and lovely.

Excellent location, near to Nimman center area. Wonderful facilities, a large pool to enjoy. It will exceed all your expectations. Staff are all lovely and welcoming, loving the vibe and staying experience. Wish we could been there for longer time.

It is located at the other side of Nimman One. The room i have is quite nice with diner /working table with the view of Doi Suthep mountain.

The main entrance is closed at 22.00. Owner forgot to inform that there is another entrance open via parking on the underground floor. The bathroom is blocked. The aircon in bedroom is not cold & the aircon in living room makes a water fall while sitting on the table there.

Excellent stay at Like A Local!!

I particularly liked the location. It worked as a base for us for our day tours. Also, we were able to walk to a lot of things. The room was very spacious and comfortable which enables us to function well. There was a balcony on which we could relax, and there is a big pool.

We did not have any gripes about the place. It worked perfectly for the vacation we planned. We were in the suite that was at the top of some stairs. Somebody with mobility issues might prefer something on a lower floor.

Hidden gem in the popular Nimman area

Fantastic property! Massive place and such good value for money, we couldn't recommend this place enough! location is great, staff are very friendly and accommodating, there were no cons at all in our 10 day stay.

A hidden location, perfect for digital nomads

Em and Nim were wonderful. They were there to help us with whatever we needed and we drank delicious coffee everyday. The location was perfect for us while we were working online. Across the road from One Nimman (great weekend markets) and a few minutes from the huge shopping centre Maya. It's secretly hidden in a coffee shop within a small centre so it's very quiet. There is a gym within the centre which was convenient. We'd highly recommend Like A Local for the location, staff, cleanliness, room size and internet speed. Definitely a 5 star for us. Thank you
