I was woken up at 4am on the 1st by my room flooded. All my belongings were soaked. Along with my Kids' stuff. 1 of our Ipads was sitting in the floor full of water. Out in the hallway there were Lila 10-12 firefighters as the room next door set off their sprinkler and fire alarm. No one woke us. We didn't hear any alarm. I woke up bc I felt water on my blanket and I thought maybe I spilled something. When I turned on the lights the floor was flooded. No one gave us a straight answer on what happend. The owner, a blonde lady, told me she would refund me my entire stay of the inconvenience. They eneded up chargingg me a half day stay after I left for home(an 8 hour drive) qnd after i was already told I would get a FULL refund. One I pad was in the water, and most likely will suffer water damage as we all know it takes a couple days sometimes for it to seep in... and they refused to replace it. I heard them giving other families a hard time too about refunds. This is none of our fault. We didn't do anything to deserve waking up to a flooded hotel room and all of our stuff soaked with stinky water.

I was told I'd get a full refund. After I left and came home. They charged me a half day stay. After already telling me I'd get a full refund. The iPad. It's not our fault it got wet. Had we stayed some plave else, it wouldn't have gotten wet at all. They told me to call my insurance . Don't they have insurance? I'm sure they'll be claiming. And they should replace the iPad too. They gave us a free breakfast. The buffet. Crap food. As if that makes everything better. Traveled 8 hour drive for that. And 8 hour drive home. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. They act like im a problem.

Overall was very happy, I wanted something geared for my grandkids and the hotel delivered.

That it was geared to children with the play structure, splash pad and games rooms. The kids also enjoyed the activities like crown making, face painting, treasure hunt, etc.

I was disappointed that the pool and ping pong tables that were in the pictures had been removed. We had some older kids with us that were really looking forward to those amenities.

Great experience with kids under 6

The activities by the pool were great. It was great when they left it warmed so we could really enjoy the pool environment. Although I read negative reviews, our buffet experience was great. My son had a blast we we specially loved mixing the mini pancakes with strawberry and chocolate syrup. The great selection of fruits was really positive for us. The room was confortable, clean and well organized.

My son developed some kind of allergy from the pool. I dont know if it was too much chloride, but he would complain his cheeks were burning in the last days of our stay. About the meals, just the scrambled eggs need some work - not tasty, and strange consistency and visuals.

Saturday night was clearly over booked, the pool was overfilling with people and the only safety guard at the pool went to play guitar on stage. Very concerning, no one was watching the pool and hot tub during that time.

Great place for family overall. Will look forward to staying there again with the kids!

Activities for the kids and proximity to other locations

With the amount of families they take, they have to consider expanding the pool. Luckily we were there from weekday to weekend and we were able to use on a weekday but we tried going there on a weekend and felt like sardines swimming in a can. Good thing they have the jacuzzi and splash area for the kids but I think they should consider expanding the pool to make the stay well rounded even on the weekends.
