Good location

Well located. Modern look outside and inside entrance. Close to restaurant, stores, theather and highway. Beds comfortable.

Shower head broken. Was not fun to take a shower. Hand towel bar lousse it fell when my son removed the towel. Shower not modern. A little expensive for what we got. No breakfast included. I understand its Christmas time but the hotel was not that busy.

Nice return visit.

Clean room and bath. Location good for our purposes. Have stayed here before.

Facility has declined since our last stay. No more breakfast included. Foyer is too dark. Cleaning carts in hallway on our floor at 4 pm suggests they do nt have enough cleaning staff to get job done before new guests arrive.

Convenient location, service needs improvement

Location is very convenient, near restaurants and most quebec attractions, but still quiet and safe

When we got there, the room was not prepared properly. The toilet is broken and does not flush, and they dont change the sheets in between multiple day stay. The pool is small and the breakfast is not worth the money you pay for.

Perfect hotel for a stay with a colleague

The room was super clean and the beds, bedding and pillows extremely comfy. Ths spacious bathroom was great too. Friendly and helpful staff at the lobby.
