Great place to stay away from the Touristy area but plenty of restaurants and shopping around.

Great staff, clean room, well-designed amenities.

The underground parking is only accessible by stairs no ideal when carrying luggage

Great location, close to the shopping mall. The staff is friendly. The room is very clean and well decorated. The parking is free, and they have both underground and outside parking.

Very good

Very modern, clean and stylish hotel. The room was a nice place to relax in. It is a little way out of the main tourist areas but there is a shopping centre and a variety of restaurants in the area.

The air conditioning was loud and not easy to operate. The duvet was heavy for the time of year, although that's just personal preference.

Bistango (the restaurant) also has fabulous food and the cocktails are great too. The bartender is very accommodating an

Alt and the Germain family of hotels are always a fantastic experience. The Germain family know hospitality. 11/10 every time.

Super comfortable and friendly place to stay in a very good location.

The location of the hotel is great for access to Ste Foy, the shopping centres and close to the roads leaving Quebec. The room was super comfy and the bathroom was very nice too. The hotel gym is well equipped and always empty. I used it every day.

My only gripe was that there was very poor choice of television viewing. No films for instance only what was on terrestrial television.
