Cold rooms

Only breakfast and shuttle to airport was good

We stay at December and the room was too cold. Aircondition was not working. When the outside is really cold everyone want a hot room for stay. It was disappointing for us

Pretty much delivered what was needed at an OK price to match my low-cost early morning flight home

Room was spacious and had everything that I needed. It was a little noisy at odd times from fellow guests with what sounded like stiletto heels on hard floors in the room above me at 0300 hours, but nothing excessive. The early morning shuttle service was a life saver, super speedy and the driver asked me all the right questions to bring me to exactly the right entrance in this sprawling airport

I had some supper in the bar next to the restaurant. While the service was good, fresh squeezed orange juice excellent, the burger and chips was not great. Plentiful but poor quality with soggy under cooked chips and a burger bun which was equally unexciting. Unusual to get such poor quality food in Germany.

Very good

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a bit dated but super huge for a hotel room and the property was good value for money. Took about 45mins to get into the centre of cologne by train and 20mins by Uber.

All good except heating

Close to airport. Big room with comfortable beds. Airport shuttle is a nice to have. Also when shuttle wasnt available they paid for the taxi which is good

The heating wasnt working and it was freezing cold. I noticed the failure way too late and couldnt get out of the bed because of cold :). While checking out when I told the reception about it only response was oh sorry to hear it Hotel is close to the airport but far from city centers

Very comfortable hotel and bed

The room was very big and had everything in it. There was a coffee machine and free water in the room. The bed was very big and comfortable. It's quite nice for relaxing. I was very pleased that there was a make-up mirror and bathtub in the bathroom. Everything is available for comfort

When I landed at the airport, I called the facility to send a shuttle, but we could not communicate because of the language. I had to walk to the hotel at night. It seems close but it is not. It took 10 minutes to walk but most importantly the road was very scary. I don't recommend walking, be sure to ask them to send a shuttle. The next day, I was able to reach the airport with the hotel's shuttle, thank you.
