Pleasant

It was good, however it was not easy to pass a long rout with stairs to reach the room.

The location was good

We were at the forth floor, it was not easy to handle the bagage without elevator, there were a lot of doors to access to our room. One of the elevator was our of service so everyone should use one.

Stay was pleasant, breakfast was great.

Room were clean, Sauna and spa facilities were nice, unfortunately 2 of the shower areas were not working, but lovely nonetheless.

Lack of heat control in rooms, bathroom ventilation fans were underpowered and inadequate.

Great value, amazing staff

Spacious room, comfortable beds, great breakfast selection. We did a last minute booking and arrived at midnight, and the reception had everything prepared, made the sofa bed up for our child, and was just very pleasant.

The sauna is only open after 1700. For people who eat dinner at 1900 and get ready for dinner at 1800, this only leaves one hour a day to use the sauna.
