Did not have the breakfast. Really clean, comfortable and modern looking interior. 24-hr reception with security guard on duty.

Car park - there are some spaces on site, not many but a few. Could these be used for hotel guests? Limited room service hours - only until 9pm Not great signages for those driving.

Great location, super clean, lovely staff but awful bed :0(

We booked this hotel last minute so was super cheap! Very happy with what we got compared to what we paid! The receptionist was really nice and very helpful. I was very impressed with the bathroom, small (ish) which is fine but it was so clean it was like it had just been fitted! The bathroom speaks a thousand words to me! Room was clean and tidy too. We didnt eat or drink in the hotel so cant comment on that. Parking two mins walk away with a 30% discount is a great bonus considering how close you are to the centre of Bristol.

The Bed. It was rock hard, the sheets were scratchy and the pillows were like putting my head on a brick. I like a firm bed and firm pillow but these were ridiculous. It was one of the worst nights sleep we've had in a long time. Im aware bed and bedding is a personal thing but this just didnt work for us and wouldn't go back to the hotel purely based on this. Also Im not sure who thought it would be a good idea to put the fire alarm with two red flashing dots above the bed, head end too!!

Excellent experience

Staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful. Good location, with plenty of restaurants and sight seeing options.

All in all, my experience is very good. So nothing in particular that I didn't like.

It was a little in organised as loads turned up at the same time we did ! But my only complaint was the pillows were soooo hard I slept with none in the end
