Guests had an excellent stay in the city centre with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby, dining area, and lifts were immaculate. They stayed in a recently refurbished room on the 10th floor, which (Read More) was clean and spacious. The only complaint was about the pillows, which appeared large but flattened easily. Overall, the stay was excellent aside from this minor issue.

Superb

Breakfast was lovely, room was very comfortable

The property had a lot of leaks in the bar and entry with buckets. At one point there was water pouring from light fittings. Sad that there was no pool :(

Really nice stay overall, location perfect also.

Staff were so kind and helpful, the blonde lady on the bar and the blonde lady on reception.

Food and drinks were overpriced for what it is.

Good place to stay when visit Bristol

Central location next to big shopping centre and close to the train station, Clean and renovated rooms with tourist friendly USB-A and USB-C charging slots on power sockets, Tasty and rich breakfast, Convenient 24x7 reception for late checkin and early checkout.

Air conditioner was broken, but there was an electric radiator for heating the room. Renovation is still in progress and terrace was not accessible.
