Superb

A comfortable and good value place to stay

Large size rooms and plenty of closet and storage space which was great for our ski clothes. Lots of great sitting places in the hotel to hangout with family. Super friendly staff, especially David. The shuttle was very convenient. In previous reviews from a year ago, people said that there was a hot water issue. That is not the case anymore and there was plenty of hot water in the showers and faucets.

Our electric stove was very old and it did not have numbers on it to show how high you were turning the burners. You just had to guess.

The furniture was bad. Beds hard as a rock like sleeping on the floor. The couch and oversize chair had springs coming up your butt when sitting. The desk/table chairs felt like you were sinking because no support in the middle of the seat.

Horrible stay will never come back.

I only liked the location. The hotel is on top of a hill, and you have a beautiful view of the town and mountains.

The cleanliness of the hotel is horrible. The apartment suite we were suppose to stay at for the night cost us $384 for ONE NIGHT. The room had MICE running around. They came out at night as we were getting ready to go to bed. If we would have noticed during the day we would found another hotel. But, it was late at night and finding another hotel was impossible. I went to the lobby to speak to the receptionist. We were offered two options Do you want to change rooms or do you want traps? As if it is normal to give hotel guests MOUSE TRAPS!!! We got moved to the 5th floor were apparently all the guests with pets are located because the hallways smelled like dog poo. The beds were either covered in pubs or dog hairs, we dont know. One night for $384 and to experience mice and unkept rooms is ridiculous. The lady at the front desk had a nice attitude, but offering mouse traps is beyond dumbfounding. I could not sleep, so I passed time at the lobby by the only good thing they had which is the fireplace. Horrible experience will never come back.
