Not good

The gym was okay

The temperature on the hotel, somehow they where not able to control the temperature on the whole hotel and we got no information at check-in. After dinner we returned to the room there was more than 30 degrees. No chance to fall a sleep in that temperature, we had to move hotel at 22:00 in the night with a early morning flight ;-(

Restaurant isn't open on Saturday or Sunday evening which was dissapointing after a long fay's travel as had to find alternative.7

Will go there again - but maybe not on A Sunday!!

Location; cleanliness and comfort / size of room.

Far too warm - but the staff recognised they had a problem with the air conditioning / heating system. No bar on a Sunday evening?

disappointing

the bed was great - great staff.

the heat was on and there was no temperature control and the too was constantly too hot. had to keep the windows open the whole time I was there. too bad because the staff were great and the value wasnt bad - just awful humidity and heat that I could not control which left me too hot to sleep.

Great Airport Location

The location of the property was perfect for trips into the city while still providing convenience to the airport. Free parking was a bonus as we had a rental car for a couple days during our stay. The staff were very friendly and always helpful!

Not on a Sunday

Lovely staff, comfy bed, amazing breakfast buffet, good size room.

I stayed on a Sunday night so the restaurant and spa was closed and only fast food places within walking distance. The messages I made via my Booking.com app inquiring about how to get to the hotel from the train station were not answered

Disappointing

Not recommended if you want a massage!

The location was good, close to the airport. Beside the Metro line. Comfort of the hotel was good. The breakfast was good.

It's a Spa Hotel, which we wanted & had reserved. However, the masseuse was ill the days after we arrived. I can't believe that there appears to be only 1 masseuse on the Hotels books. This spoiled our visit.
