Everything. The location, the team, the room, the arty touch - here and there. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel is spotless, the team is super professional and attentive to every single request. They made me feel unique and important. Very attentive and helpful staff and perfect location

The staff was very polite and helpful. Just before our departure we wanted to have a little break in the lounge. Ibrahim kindly offered a cup of coffee and some chocolate. Its the small gestures that made our stay in the hotel very special. It was our second time staying in Le General and we will define coming back. The location is perfect. Walking distance to all of the main attractions. Breakfast was lovely, freshly squeezed juice, premium tea, perfect scrambled egg and pancakes.

The cheese plate during breakfast could have been refilled more frequently. It was about half an hour until breakfast finished but the cheese selection was a bit sparse.

Best hospitality ever!

The hospitality at Le General was one of the best we have ever experienced in 30 years of traveling. Especially Mr. Ibrahim was of chosen friendly- and helpfulness in every matter. Our room was of typical parisian smallness, which didnt disturb us at all since we are Paris "habitus", but charming, neatly designed and the bed was very comfortable special mention to the pillow which was also one of the most comfortable compared even to some very renowned hotels around the world. Last but not least the bathroom was very nicely designed, modern, spacious and clean with excellent washing/body products by the brand L'Occitane which we happen to like a lot. Big compliments, les gars du Le Gnral et grand merci!! Isabelle et Stefan

Staff was very welcoming and professional. i appreciated their care : Mr Ibrahim and other colleagues at the reception Rooms are very clean and cozy. There are several metro stations closeby and some good restaurants

Super nice boutique hotel. Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice interior design. Good breakfast. The room is super clean and tidy. High quality bathroom supply e.g. cream, shampoo, soap etc.

Excellent stay.

Hotel is in a great location really close to the Metro with lots of bars, bistro and restaurants very close too. The hotel is small but in a very good way. The entrance lobby is fun and really welcoming. Reception team were excellent and super friendly and helpful. They have a bar/kitchen are too where breakfast is also served, the space is really well designed and feels really nice to be in, it's immaculately clean too. Breakfast was included in my rate and the self service choice was superb for a continental with the bonus of some hot eggs, bacon and sausage too. Room was a nice size and design, bed comfortable, great shower. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in room 27 which is on the 2nd floor on the front street side of the hotel. Was woken at around midnight to noise and some very loud voices. Looked out and it was the linen cleaning company for the hotel. If I'm fortunate to stay at the hotel again I'll request a room at the rear of the property.
