Lovely hotel with fabulously friendly staff.

Staff friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel room was lovely. Nothing was too much

Just one issue, we did not have the details of the restaurant, spa or terrace times. We were given a very verbal run through but couldnt recall it all.

Valet parking service, very convenient! Staff are all very friendly. Our rooms are spacious and have everything we need.

the room has a bit of old smell, need to open the window to get fresh air sometimes.

A little bit of luxury

I was on the second floor, facing the church. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is large and had both a rain shower and the rinse attachment. The toiletries provided were lovely. The robes were big enough for this curvy girl, and the slippers were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and spoke both English and French, and were very tolerant of me trying out my French on them. The rooftop was a lovely place to watch the sunset, however, as we were there at the end of the season, the bar was not open up there. A lovely stay in a hotel that could not have done more for us.

Fab location. A bit expensive for what it is.

Location is excellent. Roof terrace is unique.

It was 5* expensive but 4* in terms of facilities. I am unhappy paying that much for a nice (but not exceptional) room and then getting charged 25pp for a coffee and a croissant.
