Superlative experience. Definitely one of the best in Krueger

Fantastic staff. The main caretaker, Kaley, is great when it comes to customer service. She made sure our stay was comfortable and even went out of the way to pack picnic sandwiches for us when we wanted to venture out on our own. The safari guide, Floid, is very knowledgeable, and if you stay for 2-3 days, he'll make sure you see every type of animal you had on your wish list. These guys include 1 complimentary safari per night of your stay (so if you stay for 3 nights, 3 safaris are inclusive), and I feel it's the best package because a couple of self drives in Kruger are a must do in my opinion, just for the thrill of it. The tents are quite comfortable and have all the amenities you'd expect in a luxurious hotel room. The AC works well (believe me, you NEED it if you visit in the summers like we did), the pool is clean, the bathrooms are great. The food was superlative - we had exotic 3 course complimentary dinners every single evening. I suggest booking a minimum of 3 days to really get the most out of Kruger.

The shower in our tent (#9) would sometimes fail to dispense hot water. It wasn't that big an issue given the summers were crazy hot, but it might be an issue in the winters

Beautifully remote and wild, yet luxurious with super staff and tasty food.

What a place. You feel like you are in the wild, but with home comforts. Heard lions roaring nearby at night! Beautifully remote location. Tents themselves fantastic, clean, even had AC. Didnt think wed care much for the swimming pool, but actually at 40C it was quite welcome! Food was brilliant - they catered well for us as vegetarians. Staff were super friendly throughout, special shout out to Silence and Kayleigh who really looked after us. Great breakfast. The safari game drives (Floid) were superb! Saw so much. Overall - this place was exactly what we were looking for - luxurious but remote, peaceful and surrounded by untouched nature.

Only downside was not being in the park, as it is a 20min drive plus short wait at Paul Kruger gate. But this wasnt much of an issue to be honest - even saw a rhino on our way to the gate! There was also a rumour that a TV might be installed - would highly recommend against this as the beauty of this place is the wilderness. Same goes for potential plan to buy in animals that was being discussed apparently - keep it wild!

- very nice staff, always avalaible and responsive, special thanks to Sly with who we did 4 game drive ! Sly has more than 32 experience we saw a lot of animals thanks to his eyes and experience - very good value for price, with one safari included per day, meal and very nice location close to kruger gate - braii/south african barbecue around a fire at night was fabulous - confortable tent, cleaning every day, we feel very well Langa Langa was part of our trip in kruger and thank to us we left with amazing souvenirs ! Thank you, we hope we will come back one day

- light cut between 5 & 7 pm but it's not their fault, but after a game drive we needed a shower but we can't because of light cut

We had a lovely time and I for one was chuffed to bits with our stay.

Langa Langa was really excellent experience for us. The accommodation was top notch, comfortable beds and proper bathrooms. Oil lamps on the path give you just a touch of adventure at night. I can't say enough nice things about the staff and management on site, they were there whenever we needed them for drinks or snacks or to answer questions. The food was excellent and even my mum really enjoyed it (yeah, she's a fussy eater!). The game drives were really good, our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and would stop whenever we asked him. Lastly I have to say they made a real effort when I told them it was mum's birthday with a cake, candles and round of "Happy Birthday" which the staff learned for the occasion. I hope I can go back some day.

There's not a lot bad to say, you should be aware that there is some bureaucracy (and cost) to get into the National Park each day but this isn't down to Langa Langa and there isn't anything they can do to mitigate this - its just the system.

- extremely friendly, warm and attentive staff - very nice and lovingly furnished camp - Good breakfast with a cold buffet and freshly prepared eggs according to individual wishes - Amazing three courses dinner with a bbq at the fire place on our evening - nice 3-4 hours game drives in the morning (start at 5:30 am) and in the afternoon (start at 3:00 pm) with our guide, Floyd, who knows every meter of Kruger National Park and helped us to discover the Big Five and a lot of other animals

- price policy regarding the game drives could be communicated more transparent previously (1 game drive per night included, entrance fee for Kruger National Park not included)

Superb

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was great, 20 minutes from Paul Kruger gate. The tent was very clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the environment and the atmosphere.

The swimming pool wasn't clean.

Worth the money!

The staff is very friendly and looks after your needs, definitely customer oriented! Silence was really kind and helpful, we felt comfortable from the beginning! Ambient was nice and cosy with good interiors! Knowledgeable game drivers too! The tent was definitely luxurious with also an AC which made our cold evening extra comfy! Food was also going over expectations. Sadly we only stayed for one night, we would have loved to stay longer!
