Beautiful.

The Vila in itself was very pretty. And maintained well. Although we had most of the Villa to ourselves, there were other guests staying in the ground floor which didnt cause any hindrance.

On Day 1, the tea/coffee that came along with complimentary breakfast had to be paid for. We gave a feedback to the Staff there and they made it complimentary from the next day onwards. Even gave goodies like munchies, and biscuits and soft drinks as an apology. Which was very much appreciated.

Decent Property worth 6k for 3 rooms a night

The property was a heritage property as seen in pictures that was well maintained and clean, the rooms were cleaned by the staff before arrival and the host was prompt to respond to any questions. The guard during the night shift was very polite and friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was pretty filling too. Overall, we booked the property that the last moment and for 6k for 3 rooms, it was good enough and exceeded our expectations.

The AC remote was not working in one of the rooms, and the property's location is a bit far from the city. Though the rooms were spacious, the positioning of the bed wasn't proper leading to a congestion in the space. The rooms were a bit empty and the aesthetics of the room could be improved. A few more toiletries could be provided in the bathroom as a few basic items like handwash was also missing from the bathroom. The host can provide more input to visitors on the must visit places in Pondicherry and help them out in case of doubts.

The stay was comfortable.

Break fast was average. They have Tie up with restaurants for food.

Our stay was for 2 nights. One day there was a power outage for the full area. Our bad luck. There was no internet for one day. Issue with transformers. Cannot blame the hotel. There was a leakage issue in the living room. Maybe they are doing up the terrace. Otherwise it is value for money.
