Best Boutique hotel in town

We left the hotel today chuffed with everything the hotel had done for us on our honeymoon. Best trip to Paris. They even knocked down buildings to give us the best view. Jokes aside, perfect boutique hotel. Great stay xxx

The hospitality is above and beyond expectations. This team made my stay very comfortable and were very helpful. I was able to secure VIP tickets to a sold out show via their excellent concierge.

Super bad.

The location

They treated me very bad. I am terminal ill cancer patient and this was a dream trip to Paris. I needed anti convulsin medication and I asked the staff for help calling a private doctor to get a french prescription. 48 passed and they did not called the Doctor, my life was in risk. They called the Fire Brigade and the Police. I am very sad, frustated and disappointed with the Spanish female Manager and the staff. They treated ne without respect and my Human rights were violated.
