Good for us as we were most days out. Needs an upgrade in units like bathrooms and a with necessary maintenance the owne

Quit and being villas there was a garden.

There is need to do maintenance. Like cleaning the property, replacing bathroom fixtures, a freshening with a coat of paint. Staying 2weeks there was no cleaning done. And no new bed linen.

The overall impressions are good after my stay Whatever I asked to clean or fix up was sorted out quickly!!! My stay was enjoyable

The studio was dusty from being closed up during off-season, which the staff fixed up immediately

- Peaceful location.

- Not at all clean. Very dusty and room has to be cleaned by ourselves. - Wifi not working often. - Worst one was behaviour from the property people where in we were forced to pay advance (usually we pay at time of check out). The person often comes and asks money daily as if we gonna cheat him and. Felt disrespectful.

Very good

A very nice place for the first night: close to the Airport and a very good starting point for further travelling. Very nice little houses in a beautiful garden and extremely friendly staff, Susantha welcomed me with a nice tea and explained me where to get something to eat. Recommendable for a first or last night!

Great, if you want to visit Negombo anyway, unless a good start for the first night.

Nice & noiseless palce.. even the small villa has plenty of space.. cleanness is avarage.. got good air conditioning. How water is also available but If possible check before chooses a villa... prices are reasonable.. overall good place..
