Terrible due to poor customer service and no sleep.

It was a beautiful location and resort.

The staff was terrible. We were not able to sleep the second night at all. The people next to us partied until 4:00 am. We reported them multiple times starting at midnight until 4:00 am. It was a terrible experience. We paid too much to be miserable all night! The staff did nothing to resolve the situation. It doesnt matter how beautiful something is when you are exhausted and no one will help you. The staff here is not capable of handling difficult situations.

It was a special occasion and we did have a good time.

Breakfast was awful and expensive.

The toilet in our room did not flush properly. The guests next door were extremely loud and we could hear them as if they were talking in our room.

Charged me way to much money. Insane and wont stay ever again.

They charged me way to much money for literally everything. The charges were absolutely unacceptable and they just charged my card. I wont be staying here again due to this.
