-Very well located -Great hammam and jacuzzi -Comfortable accommodation

-Not great isolation for the windows, walls and halls. The room was located in front of a main street. We could hear the noise from cars and buses coming from outside. Also, we could hear other guests talking and walking on the hallway late at night. -Although we requested bathrobes to use the spa, they did not bring them as promised.

The overall stay was very pleasant and helped us benefit from our short stay in Paris to the max.

Everything was great, the hotel is nicely designed, the location is very practical and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit small for two people with big luggage.

Modest Paris at its best.

Friendly, open and interesting people work here. Very small room by US standards but had everything I needed. New bathroom fixtures, very comfy bed, plus looked out on greenery and street. Surprisingly quiet, love the neighborhood, grocery across the street, fabulous Sunday Market right across the boulevard. Oooh La La! Would stay here again.

Id love to have a little more space in the room.

amazing calm and easy stay!

La finca hotel and SPA is an amazing place to stay for couple of days. the hotel is nicely located in the middle of the city, but in a calm and central street, that gives you access to multiple touristic places, its 5 min walk from the multiple metro stations. In addition the hotel has a nice bar/restaurant with cool vibes, and surprisingly does affect the quietness in the room. the bar tender is great and super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!!

Good location, nice little hotel

Hotel is in a great location for exploring the less busier side of Paris. It was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is comfortable but not luxurious! Some of the decor is a bit out of date, but I can look pas that!

Comfy and stylish room, albeit a little small. Great location, nice cafe downstairs. Bed was comfy and shower was great.

Felt management was indifferent to guests inconveniences but bar staff are very friendly.

Location was good for where we needed to stay. The staff was very kind about helping but felt a free drink offer wasnt worth the inconvenience of no heat, using two loud portable heaters and no updates.

For our 6 night stay, the heat was not working the entire stay! On second night, two two heaters were provided but little communication about issue after 2nd night. Also multiple laundry bags sit in the hallways during the entire day. Hallways are noisy since doors slam shut. Room door doesnt automatically lock which is a safety issue.
