The Customer Seevice was superb.

the cleanliness and customer service is superb

we had to wait in a long que to get seated for the breakfast buffet,people get in the restaurant ignoring the proper dress code.sometimes the staff will check but not most of the time,not much food to choose from.

Family Holiday

Staff were corteous and friendly. The room was adequate. Facilities are acceptable. Pool was on the 6th floor and it was a bit crowded but the family still enjoyed their dip.

The breakfast buffet has limited selection for the price we paid.

The hotel is good for overstay but I would likely book on another hotel for better food.

Location is very good. Great outdoor view from the room. Staff service was exceptional. Room was clean including bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.

Need improvement on breakfast buffet as there are other hotels with same accomodation rates but their buffet had more quality & variety. Juice was not appealing because they do the mixing of powder & water in dining area. Small desk or table for work and free shuttle to MOA are desirable since I did cite I am booking for work.

Some of the staff are not knowledgable. For example i requested for utensils they told me that if i request for utensils i will be charged. What the heck?!!! Just for borrowing utensils????!! But wjen i called again another staff informed me that i can request for utensils free of cgarge but for max of 4pcs. In excess i will be charged. Imagine they are still not a 5 star hotel but they are like that. Ive been to other 5 star hotel but i was not charged of borrowing utensils

Below average stop over hotel

Proximity to airport - though given we landed at peak hour it took 45 mins. Off peak it took us 6 mins to the airport.

Basic customer service was lacking at front desk and in the restaurant. The shower was a death trap, extremely slippery floor, my son fell and hit his head.

Great room except for parking and restaurant concerns

Excellent room size and location

Parking facility - sorry but so awful due to lack in adequate parking slots; worst, driveway ramps were used as parking slots resulting to too tight car maneuvering! Restaurant facility at GF have missing food selection/non-availability even if written in the menu In addition, we reserved our upper floor parking (3A?) to have our dinner outside, which the guard-on-duty committed he willupon our return, our reserved parking slot was occupied (???)!!! Unforgettable experience since I checked-in at this hotel for the forst time with my family to celebrate my birthday!
