Pretty enjoyable staycation

I think the resort staffs were extremely patient and helpful, especially I came with family with small children and requesting for many things. The in room massage were pretty good. I also requested for a balloon hand pump for my daughters birthday and they were so kind to find and lend to me.

The villa isnt as big as I thought and I dont think the room design is suitable for family with young children when comes to safety - the room door opens directly to the pool. Air con can took awhile to cool the room, more maintenance is needed.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We paid almost S$900 for 2 nights stay in the villa but the cleanliness of the villa is found wanting. Bed was comfortable and we stay in the bed most of the time as the bedroom is the cleanest. We did not spend anytime at the living area as the sofa cushions are dirty. Coffee table looks like it has not been wipe as there is lizard poo on it. Similarly for the dining table which looked dusty. We only use the dining for breakfast. More should be done on housekeeping. The living room walls has stains which look like bird poo or bat poo. As such, I didnt even want to look at the living room and quickly walked into the bedroom. Its a shame for the price we paid.

Very good

We enjoyed ourselves at Kamuela.

The facilities were as what you see on major internet sites. The desk services are prompt, breakfast deliveries on time and orders are always accurate. Driver services also super reliable. Staff can communicate well in English. Wifi signal is strong.

Some villas are more dated than others, insect bites in a daily affair. The lock to the toilet isnt functioning, but since we are a family, it didnt really matter.

We like the big and spacious villa. Friendly and helpful staff. We appreciate the driver, Bomsari driving us around and shared with us about Bintan.

Food was cold when served to our villa. Too many insects in the villa which can understand can't be avoided.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.. They communicate via whatsapp, which is efficient and easy for us to order room service and etc.. Traveling around Bintan was also very easy and affordable with the Villa's in-house transportation..

For the price paid with private pool in the villa was great! we had a lot of pool time.

For the price paid with private pool in the villa was great! we had a lot of pool time. But it would definitely be better if their breakfast was yummier.

The surrounding has nothing. Plaza Lagoi is vacated. It left us have nothing around the villa. It was quite sad. But apart from that, villa and staff were great!

would not recommend this place unless villa manage to up keep their hygiene in the near years after recuperating from co

bed was comfortable, communication with front desk was seamless as it was communicated over whatsapp, room space was acceptable for a family of 5 despite additional bed and cot placed.

hygiene was poor - manifested with ants, rat poop on utensils drawers, housekeeping did not do daily BASIC housekeeping chores like emptying the dustbin, even after informing front desk, there was no one who came over for housekeeping. free daily breakfast was so-so, asking for additional bottled water also cost idr10,000. pool suction was not on throughout our stay, hence pool was really dirty. 3A2C stayed but only given 3 towels, upon asking for more towels, also chargeable? surrounding the villa have almost close to no places of interest due to covid, every stores/mall when burst. allocated driver kept pushing us to tourist attractions when we kindly rejected and does not take in consideration that we are traveling with kids, eg. recommending an outdoor activity when it was drizzling. very disappointed with price paid as a whole.

It's about 1hr plus to the city, and the taxi for whole day is IND900,000 best take 7hrs just nice, n little cheaper. Love the blue lake and the private pool

Maintenance was bad, examples as follows: 1. doorbell didnt work the whole time and couldnt be fixed. 2. we got locked out of the Villa due to the door battery ran out 3. no hot water in the first night, had to call for maintenance for assistance. 4. glass door couldnt be locked, had to call maintenance again. 5. After we order room service and when the staff cleared out of the plates and bowls, they just put the forks and spoons in the sink instead of taking them out. 6. We asked for extra towels but were told they charge for extra towels. 7. We asked for more bottled water but were told they also charge for that. Only 4 small bottles of water were given every day for a 2 bedroom Villa with 5 occupants. 8. TV in our room didnt work. 9. Bath robes were only given to one of our rooms, the other room didnt get robes at all. 10. Ton of insects within the Villa, when we called for help, the staff just spray for literally 1 sec and when we showed her the tons of ants crawling, she just left the spray and asked us to help ourselves. 11. The location is very remote and the mall nearby is completely deserted. 12. Overall maintenance is poor, leaky roofs etc.
