The cafe was fabulous. The location is at the heart of Surabaya.

A very good location hotel with superb breakfast in good interior cafe.

Friendly staff and super delicious breakfast with a range of food. Again, the food is so good. The room is good too, small but comfortable for two people. The bed and bathroom are good too. Aircon a bit noisy but the hotel is located close to Tunjungan Plaza and we love it so much. I will comeback again whenever visit Surabaya as the location also close to train station as well. The Cafe/restaurant is so instagramable

Very noisy until late night, but i can still sleep. Maybe need better sound insulation if the management care.

Awesome

I will definitely stay here again if I visit Surabaya. The service is top-notch, the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are cozy, the interior is classy, the breakfast variety is good, and the location is central and convenient to malls, all within walking distance. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay memorable.
