Superb

Wonderful warm memories from our short stay and we would come again.

The staff were incredible. They really made the difference for us and created a wonderful relaxed holiday atmosphere for us. Some parts of the resort could do with a refresh but you dont focus on that because there is everything you need from the staff, with an easy, thoughtful approach and a smile.

Some parts need renovating but you really dont care and it doesnt affect your stay.

Very nice clean pool. And restaurant was amazing. Prices are really good. Salads is a must. Fresh and tasty.

Beers served are not cold cold. Aircon doesnt work that well. And towels have a funny smell.

Great location!

Great location right on the beach, friendly staff.

Lots of cats everywhere, male cat pee smell in the bathroom and peed on our towels, was offered free transport from the port then was asked to pay for it on arrival.

We really loved it here. Would definitely recommend this place.

Staff was amazing. They helped us with everything and were always super friendly to us. Breakfast was really good. Location is good, right next to the beach.

Restaurant was not so good expect breakfast.

Beautiful little boutique hotel on the beach, great snorkel

Loved this beautiful little gem in a quiet location. The hotel is away from the mosque call to prayer, so i slept very well for my short stay. Rooms are clean and modern, Beds are comfy, AC is good, pool is clean and inviting. Beach is right there in front of the hotel. Great snorkel and calm waters. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had a free pick up and drop off from the port! Thank you guys for taking care of me, loved your hotel and especially the hospitality.

Breakfast was good except the eggs (whichever way) were always overcooked!

GIli Air is a special place. We loved it

The resort is on Turtle Beach on the east side of the island. The sunrise over Mt Rinjani from this beach is spectacular. Breakfast is served at the tables on the beach with a choice of mains, plus pancakes and fruit salad or juice to set you up for sun bathing on the loungers under the parasols. The sea is clear, blue and shallow for a long way out although it is mainly coral underfoot so you'll need your rubber sandals There is a great selection of bars and restaurants close by. We liked Pituq vegan restaurant which is 2 min away. A 20 min walk round to the west side of the island, and you can see the sunset over Gill Meno and Gili T with a drink at one of the many beach bars.The resort had a laundry service. The staff are all very polite and helpful. We didn't use the pool or gym, but both looked really good. We extended our stay by 5 nights as we liked it so much! You can walk around the island in an hour. We think Gili Air is a special place

We had a bungalow at the front of the resort, and there are 4 in total. They don't have any soundproofing. So you can get woken early by the call to prayer, dawn chorus & if you don't have considerate neighbours, you can hear their TV or children crying. In our opinion, the bungalows should not have a TV, but they do so just beware. The bathroom toilet could do with a better clean. Very little storage space for clothes.
