friendly peaceful clean isolated

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel does provide a complementary shuttle service to the main white beach area during the daytime (otherwise tricycle trips would be 400pesos each way each time). The beach is there is quiet and nice to walk along in the mornings.

This side of the island is generally windier and the sea rougher. There also isnt really any restaurant/night life options here so we did end up leaving the resort everyday and it takes some time to get to the main beach on the other side. This is not a luxury resort where you would spend all day; The rooms were clean but pretty basic for the price and the AC units are the noisy window type. Breakfast options were very limited.

-You guys should put extra towels in the room -I have to call for the room service to clean the room - you guys should try to put extra options in the food menu

Wonderful

Breakfast menu was good. However, they limited coffee refills to two which seems somewhat cheap. The staff was great and even arranged a special dinner for us.

They are welcoming and approachable friendly staff all of them are very kind and respectful , if you are coming to Boracay try booking I highly recommend Kaaya resort

The location was excellent, scenic and quiet with great staff.

One of the defining features of the property is its short vicinity to the shoreline with a relatively clean beach. The outdoor pool overlooking the horizon was a definite bonus. The central path from each suite down to the pool/bar/restaurant area was very straightforward and pleasant to look like.

I dont have any complaints.

The building itself had potential, and the welcome was lovely.

Unfortunately, we had multiple cockroaches in the room - in the bathroom and bedroom. Overall the cleanliness in general was disappointing. The location is really in the middle of nowhere on the north of Boracay. There was a security guard but we are not sure if he was there all night. Due to the openness of the building and the beachfront, we felt anyone could have walked in. There is nowhere to lay by the pool, or no loungers on the beach. Seems like the building is still ongoing, so may be a while before this place takes off. We decided to cut our visit short, which was unfortunate considering the cost.

wonderful

not crowded, peaceful and beautiful view and beachfront. Penthouse accommodation was excellent, good though limited tasted great and most importantly a very attentive staff- brilliant service. My 94 year old father joined us and is partially handicapped which did not pose a problem as the hotel was accommodating.

beach while nice was not as good as the ones in station 1. Location is a bit isolated
