Good

The staff was fantastic and everything was very nice in general. However, we hired a suite and the wall to wall carpeting was so dirty and stained, it was difficult to see the colors. The carpet was maybe changed last time in 1980s. I don't know this really doesn't go well with Mariott brand.

I have travelled most of the south east Asian countries including China. This is one of the best.

The room is so nice, but i felt that when i enter the room, the bad fungus smell was there. After few minutes i will automatically adjust that environment. I think this smell due to the carpet.

Overall i enjoyed my stay in this hotel. but the hotel lift has to be calibrate. I dint like x mas dinner buffet. You have to upgrade your buffet next time. specially X' Mas and other festivals.

Overall the breakfast and hotel facilities are excellent.

The breakfast space in the middle has occupied more space, should be considered be taken out, leave more space after the entrance..

During the peak hour breakfast should limit people time with that the next person can utilise.

Great stay, lots of things to do just in the hotel.

The rooms and living room were spacious. I loved the comfortable lobby lounge and exec lounge, it was unfortunate that breakfast was always pretty full, but we were quite happy with the food in the exec lounge.

Top Notch. Exceptional staff. Clean and very spacious room.

The Colonial decor, very spacious room , delicious breakfast and exceptional staff. Beyond expectation. Fantastic Location . Only 500 metres from TP 6. . They offer free shuttle to Tunjungan Plaza daily. Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately they allow smoker at the Lobby pub so we decided not to sit and enjoy the music and drinks there. We can smell the strong cigarettes from the reception area.
