Good

nothing special, but good location

The location is very good. Apart from that the hotel is very basic

The room needs to be renovated, all furniture is very old. Also no elevator and no help with carrying the luggage upstairs.

Lovely staff, a friendly welcome. Nice big room. The pool area was nice even though we didnt used it. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the busy streets

Id already read this but the lighting in the room was so dark. It was impossible to see or do anything without using your phone torch.

It was ok

Central location close to pier and restaurants, yet quiet and away from the noise from clubs.

Bathroom had a bad smell. Rooms were very dark. Bed was quite hard.

Disappointing

Disappointing stay in Phi Phi

The location was quite good, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked.

Unfortunately, this photos on this website are misleading and do not represent the reality of the property. The room was extremely dated and very dark (we had to use torches on our phones to see). The safe did not work, the staff were extremely noisy in the morning (waking us up at 8am), the water pressure in the shower was a literal dribble, and the WiFi was useless. They couldnt provide extra pillows, an iron, or beach towels.
