We booked the club room and were so glad that we did. The staff were amazing and we really enjoyed the use of the Adults club lounge and pool area. Emilio and his colleagues did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well looked after. The food in all the restaurants, including the buffet was exceptional. We made use of the shuttle bus a couple of times which took you to a small shopping mall near the airport (The Blue Mall).

Very very noisy music around the communal pool area, it would have been much better a few decibels lower. The hotel is set in an area with a couple of neighbouring hotels, but other than a few local gift shops just outside there is nowhere to wander to or explore without going on an organised trip. We felt that as the price was comparable to a Sandals resort, but the quality wasnt, and there were also very few checks made on whether people who used Club facilities were actually club members.

Great price prior to the upgrading. Clean, very tasty food, friendly staff. Jesus at bingo was hilarious.

The restaurants , buffet, restrooms, bars, pools and rooms were very clean.

We upgraded to VIP which gave us a better room but on day two the ceiling in the bathrooms was leaking steadily, they came to fix it and mud it but the leak wasnt fixed so the drywall mud made a mess on the restroom floor as it dripped down with the water so they had to come back again. The VIP top shelf drinks were no where to be found but in the one adult area and they ran out of JackDaniels after one day and it never got replenished. Every VIP area no one asked of we were VIP so really anyone could go wherever. Not sure why we paid more. One room did have a beach view which was nice and our room was larger. The Italian restaurant was horrible with wait times literally multiple families came and went and we finally got our food. The food everywhere was fresh and amazing thought.

Very poor

A Staff member entered my room and stole money from my wallet. The receptionist had no right to tell the staff my room number, it was more than an invasion of privacy and security. That experience unfortunately ruined my experience there.
