Comfortable hotel with very good staff

Spacious room and bathroom. Bed and pillows. Helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Location was not central. Lacking enough international electrical plugs for charging phones etc. Large stains on room carpet. ( looks like large stains were from spillages of food and drinks and never been cleaned properly) Room curtains didnt block strong sun light. Very old and broken furniture.

The location, easy to find, great breakfast with multiple choises, asian/non-asian dishes, plenty of options for vegetarians.

The carpets were not clean; even if they have a cafeteria, no cakes are available. The hotel is gueasting multiple weedings and that leaves no space for the guests in the restaurants.

Wouldnt recommend it for anyone. Just find another property the price isnt worth it anyway.

To sums up, by far this is my worst experience staying at this hotel this year. (Im a frequent traveler)

Pretty sure my booking profile was set to NO SMOKING. I have used this app multiple times and I have always get the non smoking room. But at this hotel, when I arrived around 9PM they said all their non smoking rooms arent available anymore because its already late night and they blamed me because I didnt informed them I dont want the smoking? I mean what kind of hotel does that? Since theres nothing much to do. They didnt offer anything too. So they set me up on 11th floor. The whole floor is for smoking rooms. Smells like hell. I have always hated the smoking smell. I must say the whole night felt like torture for us. Even if you gave me money and opportunities for me to stay there again, I wont take it because its as bad as it gets.

we canceled at the sight, not a clean nor safe place to stay.

the facility was nasty and dirty, the property was nasty and dirty, it was drug infected and there was no way my husband and I were driving 2300 mile to stay in a place we were not safe

Nasty, dirty, drug infested. we canceled and walked out so not charge my card for this. i dont see how anyone in their right mind can feel safe in such a place.
