The Jannah Marina Hotel Apartments has a great location at the Marina with beautiful views. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Although the hotel is a little dated and could use so (Read More)me refurbishment, the rooms are a decent size and the breakfast is good. The access to the Marina is easy and the hotel offers rooftop pool and gym facilities. Overall, it is a good option for a budget-friendly stay.

Beautiful country & thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dubai

The staff, location and view from the hotel.

Issues in the room example, loose electric sockets, wooden panel for the door latch was broken, curtain railings was sticky, door to the patio was very stiff, tap for the shower was loose, fridge was leaning at a very odd angle & was very noisy. Had to ask for chairs on patio & wasn't given comfortable ones.

Exceptional

The water temperature in the rooftop swimming pool is warm heated. The hotel is clean and the apartments are big and nice. The view is on marina. Around location are many restaurants with good food and a 24/24 hours open big supermarket.

Disappointing

Strange mix of pros&cons. An option for a short stay if you don't have too high expectations.

There are benefits: hotel's location, nice personnel (most of the staff), spacious room, clean bed sheets, almost all necessary apliances were available, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 25 minutes walk to Dubai Marina Mall, etc.

Drawbacks: The hotel is old. There is a lot of spots on the ceiling in the living room. The ceiling in the bathroom looks awful. There was water leakage from the bathroom ceiling. Twice! Asked for an another room. Got it quickly. Cockroaches visited us twice. The drying rack was unavailable in none of the rooms. The one brought to the first room was old and rusty. The personal hygiene items were not present in the first room. The safe box was available, but was not fixed to the wardrobe. One night there were very loud visitors in the cafe outside, what made impossible to sleep well.

The staff and especially the receptionist Christina was wonderful and helped us with the booking when payment issues came up. The location has great access to the Marina.

Very Good clean property . Marina is nice and lively with lots of restaurants.

Property was very nice and clean . Staff was very courteous and helpful. Supermarket just across the road . Lots of restaurants around. Marina walk is beautiful. Breakfast is ok.
