Very good

As usually the hotel doesn t disapoint. The staff (from the spanish restaurant, the restaurant 81 manager and staff and the hotel F&B manager) were paying extra attention that we feel pampered.

This year the christmas eve dinner was charged at a very high price. Maybe the hotel should offer some packages with some facilities discounts such as horse riding, golf etc especially for regulars.

I unfortunately had to cancel my stay last minute, as my youngest was taken ill and we had to go to mediclinic. When I tried to reschedule I coupdnt. When the hotel contacted me they said they would check the possibility and get back to me. This phone call never happened, which was disappointing considering we have stayed there previously with no issues. Sad to say the lack of communication form the hotel has put us off going back

Very good

Had a great time and the weather was great

Staff were great and the rooms kept clean and tidy . Nice pool area

We stayed all inclusive plus but we would still have to pay to eat at a couple of restaurants on the complex we were offered a. Small cognition towards the meal but we would still have to pay for all alcohol at them which is really expensive and doesn't make sense when you get the same drinks included at all other restaurants.
