It is a quiet, peaceful and convenient location with a good price. Nice pool.

Too hot in the bedrooms. The amenities were very basic and light on, and the space was sparsely furnished, tired, dated and impersonal. There was nothing comfortable or cosy. The townhouse didn't have wifi so you had to hotspot off your mobile for wifi or TV, and the marketing didn't make this clear.

Fantastic stay. Our group of 8 loved the place, facilities, and location of the resort.

Loved the area and the easy access to the shops nearby. As well as the perfect interior of the unit.

Beds were a little hard to sleep on and some blinds upstairs were broken in the master

Didn't get what we booked.

The location, the pool, the beach volleyball, the lake and swans.

We booked 2 double beds and 4 single beds and there was only 1 double bed in our unit. It wasn't very clean and the air con smelled bad (like dead fish according to our kids).

Beautiful location, but outdated, dusty, dirty and not well maintained. Very old townhouse. (#63)

The private pool and location

It wasnt clean enough, dust and dead bugs on window sills, leather couch was so dirty. The blankets were dirty and dusty and triggered a massive asthma and allergy attack. I washed and put them through the dryer and the next night no asthma attack so that speaks volumes. The upstairs bathroom lights flickered on and off and then on the 3rd day, did not work at all, (in the ensuite). There was no kids plates or cups which seems odd considering it is advertised as a self contained townhouse. Very disappointing. I still dont have my security bond back after we checked out over 24 hours ago.

Good location for what we wanted but very dirty.

The location was good.

The apartment was filthy. We couldnt cook in the kitchen. We had to wash all bedding before we could sleep as there was bugs all through the bed. Aircon in bed room didnt work. Balcony was half sectioned off as it was broken and wasnt told about it and was covered in bird poo. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Couldnt use the tv as the remote was broken. We replaced the batteries but wasnt the issue. There was a dead mouse somewhere you could smell it in and around fridge but we couldnt find it. Everything in the kitchen had to be washed and cleaned before we could use it.
