Superb

fantastic house for a large group - we were 9 people and plenty of space inside and out.

very clean and well looked after property. spa was great and out door area great for our dog.

No internal stairs between gamesroom / bedroom and main area of house.

it was really good house we didn't even end up leaving we had enough fun there.

the property was really clean and everything was functional. it was good that we weren't bothered by the staff or felt like it was our own home.

nothing to comment just maybe better ping pong balls and billiards is not accurate.

Superb

We had a fabulous time and would definitely consider staying again.

We loved that we could walk to the beach and the local shops, the only time we used the car was to see the penguin parade. The pool table, table tennis table, spa and extra equipment were a really great addition to the house as it kept everyone busy and happy.

Extra hooks for towels would be great. Tissues, cooking oil and other condiments would be appreciated too.

We had a beautiful stay and property was as lovely as the photos depicted

House and location were great, and we found facilities to be just what we wanted. House was spacious and very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and had everything we needed supplied. Coffee pod machine was very much appreciated, and well used! Really lovely, well thought out holiday rental property. Suited a large family of older kids/adults, and plenty of things to do.

Toilet seats were way too small for the bowl, and were uncomfortable and moved when sat on.

great accommodation, spa, pool table, short walk to the beach and cafes/restaurants/pub

the property was just as described, in a great location, short walk to the beach & shops.

the only downside to the property is the external stair to the downstairs studio if you are one family staying. but perfect for two serrated groups with the two separate independent areas.
